About this role

We are looking for an energetic person that is eager to get direct hands-on experience working along side real estate investors. You will learn property management in both long term and short term rentals, real estate deal finding, access to networks, and everything A-Z regarding real estate! This will be a hands-on job, but we assure you it will be fun, you will learn a lot, and we all hope to grow.

Role Snapshot

  • Perform basic maintenance (door codes, bulbs, filters) & routine inspections.
  • Post listings (Zillow), answer inquiries, screen tenants, schedule showings.
  • Draft leases; assist move‑ins, rent collection, maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate make‑readies; work with attorney on evictions as needed.
  • Short‑term rentals: guest comms, cleaning schedules, quality checks, inventory.
  • Bookkeeping: classify transactions; support reporting and record‑keeping.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
  • Problem‑solving excellence; clear written & verbal skills.
  • General knowledge of excel/google sheets
  • Bonus: 1–2 yrs leasing/PM/hospitality; occasional after‑hours flexibility.
  • Most important is willingness to learn!
